With the world population increasing at a galloping speed one other thing that is catching pace is the poverty in the third world countries. If half of the world population is playing in billions the other half is covered with poor and helpless people who do not have enough to afford a square meal a day. To aid the cause a large number of helping hands have come forward and one such name is ASB foundation found in 2007 in New York, group who works solely for the purpose of helping the poor and needy be it a child or the family as we all know that it is these children who are the future of the world. ASB foundation being credulous about the fact that the life of a child can be made if people pro actively sponsor and give charities and also works on beliefs that helping does not simply mean donating some money once, but it means to make a commitment with a child and his family to make and design his future and work towards the all-round growth in every possible area of the character of the child.
The ultimate purpose of this foundation is not to gain profit or any such thing, but to draw a smile on some poor child’s face which might have been lost, by not only providing the materialistic benefits, but also giving such happiness of life which are much above these worldly things and no money can buy.
